Jasmine has both an MSc and BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Gloucestershire and the University of Worcester. Jasmine concentrated predominately in physiology. She has continued her professional development in the applied world of Performance Nutrition after discovering what an impact improving someone’s nutrition had on their sporting performance, everyday life and health and wellbeing. Jasmine is truly passionate about helping clients to develop their knowledge and understanding of their nutrition and their individual requirements.
Using an evidence based approach to her recommendations, Jasmine aims to educate her clients throughout their support. This is to empower them to ultimately become self-sufficient and maintain their nutrition with the tools she has given them. She is continually keeping up to date with the latest research in the field through her own reading and consulting her colleagues and mentors. As well as having a passion for most things food related she also embraces an active life style, playing hockey, running, cycling and resistance exercise.
